Just over a kilometre in length, the waste water and stormwater from Canberra\u2019s northern suburbs make their way to the plant everyday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LMWQCC was built in the 1970s and cost $50 million to build at the time.
