Totterdell Street is a small community of mostly Townhouses located on the western edge of Lake Ginninderra. Separated from the water by only Joynton Smith Drive and the adjacent Reserve, Totterdell Street is conveniently located to all the local amenities on offer. Residents have a short walk to Westfield Belconnen, The Promenade and the local eateries on Josephson Street, Beissel Street and Lathlain Street.
Totterdell Street also backs onto the Belconnen Bikeway with access to Lake Ginninderra’s Pedestrian Path. In the opposite direction, Totterdell Street connects to Florey via an underpass of Coulter Drive. A separate underpass further north along Coulter Drive connects Florey to the Western Foreshore Park.
Totterdell Street has its own Medical Centre, Vet and is home to the Ginninderra Tavern.
