Established in 1995, FAST is Canberra’s longest running sprints and hurdles training group. Head Performance Coach, Steve Dodt, is the award winning and innovative thinker behind Canberra’s most successful and enduring athletics programs.
FAST operates in Belconnen from their FAST HQ on Chandler Street as well as the AIS Athletics Track in Bruce.
FAST supports local Schools in Belconnen through their Athletics Clinics. FAST also participates in the Belconnen Sports Fete.
FAST is a long time supporter of Ginninderra Athletics Club, which operates from Charnwood Oval over Summer.
